Steve Mifsud
Steve Mifsud is Vice President and Head of the ServiceNow Center of Excellence at Blue Mantis, where he leads strategy, delivery, and innovation across the company’s ServiceNow practice. With more than 15 years of experience delivering enterprise IT infrastructure and application initiatives, Steve specializes in helping organizations streamline operations, automate workflows, and modernize service management.
Prior to joining Blue Mantis through the acquisition of Coreio Inc., Steve held multiple leadership roles guiding large enterprise technology teams and advising clients on ServiceNow implementations, IT service management transformation, and operational efficiency.
Earlier in his career, Steve spent nearly two decades at Royal Bank of Canada, where he led the deployment of the ServiceNow myMarketPlace platform, creating a unified employee service portal and enabling continuous delivery of automated service offerings. He also drove major automation and cost savings initiatives across telecom expense management and IT asset management programs.
Steve is known for his pragmatic leadership style and ability to solve complex technology, process, and organizational challenges at scale. In recognition of his impact at RBC, he received the RBC Leo Award, one of the company’s highest honors for exceptional contribution and performance.
Paul Hindman
Paul Hindman is a Sales Director at Blue Mantis, where he works with enterprise and public sector organizations to design and implement technology solutions that drive operational performance and long term business value.
With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, Paul specializes in consultative engagement with senior leaders, helping clients navigate complex IT environments and align managed services, infrastructure, and support solutions with strategic business goals. He is known for building strong executive relationships, managing large enterprise accounts, and leading end to end opportunity management for complex services engagements.
Before joining Blue Mantis through the acquisition of Coreio Inc., Paul held senior sales roles focused on enterprise services and lifecycle solutions, including positions at Lenovo and CompuCom Canada Corp.. Throughout his career he has consistently delivered revenue growth by combining deep customer insight with a collaborative, solutions focused sales approach.
Coleen Greco
As Chief Marketing Officer, Coleen Greco is responsible for driving the company’s marketing organization and mission with a focus on precision, acceleration and measurable impact. Known for her ability to transform marketing teams into high-performing growth engines, Coleen has over 25 years’ experience increasing demand, building partner ecosystems and developing data-backed strategies that translate directly into revenue.
Before joining Blue Mantis, Coleen led her own technology marketing consultancy, supporting five high profile clients as a fractional CMO. In this capacity, she helped clients develop or refine their top-line vision, develop full-funnel demand generation programs, and implement closed loop analytics to connect marketing investments to pipeline growth.
She’s previously held leadership roles at several of industry’s largest and most prominent technology brands including EMC (now DellEMC), VMware, Cisco, GitLab and Tenable. This experience allowed Coleen to develop her passion for leadership and in so doing, she was consistently recognized for blending strategic insight with empathy and positive energy – empowering her teams to deliver business results that matter.
