
Ron Dupler
Ron assumed the role of President and CEO of GreenPages (now Blue Mantis) in 2004 with a charter to drive and transform the organization’s technology delivery and solutions model. During his tenure, Ron has worked collaboratively with Blue Mantis’s leadership, team members, clients, and strategic technology partners to transform the company from a product-centric, value-added reseller to a leading managed service, cloud, and cybersecurity firm focused on helping clients compete successfully in the digital era through the innovative use of technology.
Under Ron’s leadership, Blue Mantis has received broad recognition, including being ranked #30 globally for Managed Services by CRN and #24 globally for Cloud Services by Talkin’ Cloud. Additional awards include CRN’s SP500 Company of the Year, Tech Elite 250, and Virtualization Tech Elite lists; MSPmentor 100 Top Global Managed Services Companies; and VMware’s Solution Provider of the Year, Desktop Virtualization Provider of the Year, and Virtualization of Business Critical Applications Global Partner of the Year. Ron is also a past recipient of VMware’s Partner Executive MVP in the Americas and a VAR 500 Executive of the Year.

Joshua Dinneen
As President, Josh is responsible for increasing Blue Mantis’s revenue streams and assisting in the areas of corporate development (M&A), strategy, investments, and innovation. He also has ultimate accountability for aligning all revenue-generating departments, G&A functions, product portfolio evolution, and building strategic partnerships.
In 2015, Josh founded and served as President and CEO of Norwell Technology Group (NTG), a highly successful IT and Security Advisory firm, which was acquired by GreenPages (now Blue Mantis) in 2018. Since that time Josh held the roles of President of Strategic Services, President of Sales and Marketing and CRO. He was named President of Blue Mantis in 2023.
Prior to NTG, Josh held senior executive positions at high-growth, market-leading technology firms where he managed M&A outcomes. Throughout his career, he has directed growth strategies while transforming services delivery and operations to drive the best outcomes for clients.
Josh holds seats on multiple Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards and has always aspired to positively impact his community, first by serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and today, through substantial philanthropic and charitable support.

Jay Pasteris
As CIO and CISO, Jay drives and expands Blue Mantis’s intellectual property and services portfolio; oversees systems security, compliance, and quality assurance; and leads the technical pre-sales and business advisory services teams. He also serves as executive sponsor and security subject matter expert to the company’s key enterprise clients.
Formerly, Jay served as the CIO & CISO for the Massachusetts Medical Society / New England Journal of Medicine; senior vice president of global IT for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt; and CIO & CISO for Veracode—a Boston-based cyber security firm. Throughout his career, Jay has been responsible for leading and delivering scalable enterprise technology solutions; product engineering; global infrastructure; end user experience; and security and compliance across cloud and software as a service platforms.
Jay is a highly accomplished senior business technology executive with experience in aligning technology with business strategy and driving innovation across organizations. His deep experience as a vision-driven technology leader and his history of successfully delivering enterprise technology solutions has enabled him to build high performing and results-driven technology teams that not only deliver business value, but transform organizations to excel in the digital era.

Steven De Maayer
As Chief Services Officer, Steven oversees Blue Mantis’s services organization, leading the company’s managed services, professional services, and cloud services platform business and focusing on increasing shareholder value through digital transformation. Steven’s extensive experience designing and delivering elite service offerings enables Blue Mantis’s clients to leverage automation, cloud, and cybersecurity best practices to drive business agility.
A well-regarded and experienced IT services executive, Steven brings 20+ years of creating, running, and exponentially growing IT Services for high-performing companies ensuring total quality assurance and employee and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Blue Mantis, Steven was Chief Services Officer at Carousel, a Cloud Communications Service Provider (CCSP) where he oversaw a team of more than 500 professionals and helped position the company for an acquisition that was successfully completed in May 2021. Other roles include General Manager for Wipro Limited’s Cloud and Infrastructure Services group; Senior Vice President for Services at Dimension Data, where he led a $400 million services business; and General Manager at HP, where he built and operated offshore delivery centers in Costa Rica.
A native of the Caribbean Island of Curacao, Steven holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the University of Florida.

Steve Torres
As Chief Operating & Financial Officer, Steve is responsible for ensuring Blue Mantis’s financial and operational viability, including forecasting, budgeting, and risk analysis across various internal business units. He also oversees internal and external audits, taxes and treasury, corporate governance, and shareholder relations.
Prior to joining Blue Mantis, Steve was President of Vology from 2019 to 2022 where he executed a turnaround strategy in preparation for the company’s sale. From 2007 to 2016, Steve was Vology’s Chief Operating Officer and President of Services, spearheading the company’s transformation from an industry leading VAR to a comprehensive managed service provider. Steve has also held senior leadership roles at Tech Data, Jabil Circuit, and Syniverse, and currently serves on the board of directors for Truist Tampa Bay.
Steve’s unique management approach is people-first, performance-focused, metric-driven, and innovation-fueled, resulting in powerful teams that deliver expertise and quality at the highest levels. Steve earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Florida and his MBA from Regis University

Terry Richardson
As Chief Revenue Officer, Terry leads all of Blue Mantis’s revenue-generating activities, partner relationship management and business development, with a focus on driving continued growth and accelerating the company’s success in cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
Terry joined Blue Mantis in 2023 and brought to the company and its clients, more than three decades of experience in global channel, enterprise and OEM sales and a well-earned reputation as one of the most highly respected, trusted, and knowledgeable sales leaders in the industry.
Prior to joining Blue Mantis, Terry was North American Channel Chief at AMD. He also spent more than a decade at HPE and Hewlett-Packard (HP), five years at both SEPATON and EMC Corp. and nine years at Data General (acquired by EMC) in various enterprise, channel, and OEM sales roles. Terry has been honored with numerous industry awards. He is a multi-year winner of CRN’s Most Influential 50 Channel Chiefs, and he won the 2017 CRN Channel Madness Tournament of Chiefs.
Terry earned his B.S. in Computer Science and Marketing from Boston College.

Mario Brum
Mario Brum is an experienced technologist, business consultant, mentor and board member who has worked for several leading technology providers, innovative start-ups and fast-growth managed services providers during the past three decades.
As VP of Practice Areas and Technical Advisory Services, Mario applies his deep experience in designing and building best practices in IT Infrastructure to Blue Mantis (formerly GreenPages), customer engagements. He thrives on pushing the boundaries of what is possible and consistently delivers results that exceed expectations. As a builder and process-oriented mentor, Mario excels at fostering a culture of continuous improvement and empowering his team to reach their full potential.
Mario is a “boomerang” employee who rejoined the company in 2021 from ServiceNow and previously Loom Systems. In his first stint with Blue Mantis (formerly GreenPages), Mario spent nearly nine years in a variety of data management roles. In this capacity, Mario was a significant contributor of developed Solutions and Professional Services offerings and played a key role in establishing the company as a highly reputable and successful IT services organization.
A customer-first advocate, Mario has helped established businesses and startups develop and expand their go-to-market strategy, global presence, and brand awareness by establishing rapport and credibility. Among these start-ups include SimpliVity, where Mario served on the product direction committee board (PDC) and was instrumental in driving initial product functionality, vision and global strategy to help it become one of the fastest-growing startups to reach and surpass a billion-dollar valuation.
Mario is Portuguese born in Angola, Africa, and speaks, reads and writes Portuguese fluently. He also speaks Spanish.

Jason Bernstein
Jason Bernstein brings to Blue Mantis (formerly GreenPages), more than 25 years’ experience in key leadership roles directing finance and sales organizations, as well as deep subject matter expertise in corporate finance, accounting financial planning, budgeting, contract negotiations, sales operations, process improvement and team leadership.
As Vice President of Finance and Sales Operations, Jason applies his financial and sales operations background to help lead the organization’s forecasting, planning and budgeting process. This ensures the company’s financial objectives are aligned with the goals of the sales organization and the company has the operational support to achieve these goals. Additionally, Jason partners with other leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and prioritize investments in enabling technologies to support the organization.
Jason’s broad and deep expertise in finance and operations enabled him to deliver exceptional results through multiple promotions within MTM Technologies, including Vice President of Operations Finance to Senior Vice President of Finance & Sales Operations, responsible for the national sales and marketing organization, as well as all corporate finance and back-office support for the entire organization.
Jason holds an MBA from Fordham University, as well as a B.S. in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University.

Sarah Foote
Sarah Foote is a transformative marketing leader who began her career with Presidio, gaining deep and valuable experience in the IT services segment, while also establishing herself as a respected data-driven marketer known for delivering exceptional outcomes and strategic insights to drive business growth.
As Vice President of Marketing, Sarah leads all aspects of marketing and communications to accelerate Blue Mantis’s (formerly GreenPages), brand visibility and increase lead generation and top-of-the-funnel sales conversion.
Sarah has a proven history of creating highly effective campaigns to accelerate customer demand through multi-channel engagement and driving consistent revenue growth. An empathetic leader, Sarah is adept at building and managing high-performing teams and is skilled at fostering collaboration and driving cross-functional initiatives. She effectively blends marketing strategy with program execution with an unwavering focus on delivering outcome-based results.
Driven by a deep sense of gratitude and the support of her family, Sarah approaches her professional endeavors with dedication and a strong work ethic. She believes that a strong foundation at home translates into greater success and fulfillment in her career.

Adam Caponigro
As Vice President of Managed Services, he is responsible for all aspects of service delivery and is passionate about client success. Adam provides senior leadership in developing the strategy and direction for Blue Mantis’s Managed Service offerings and teams.
Formerly, Adam served in senior leadership positions for the New England Journal of Medicine, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and Veracode and has over 20 years of experience in designing, developing, managing, and delivering enterprise technology services for global IT platforms and clients.
Adam is a highly motivated leader backed by a reputation for quickly moving from vision to strategy. His experience leading high-performance teams has led to success for companies that require scalable, repeatable, and reliable services with a relentless focus on client service.

Scott DiGioia
Scott DiGioia is a forward-thinking and results-driven leader with 25 years’ experience in professional services, project management and client success across growing and cutting-edge technologies.
As Vice President of Professional Services, Scott oversees a diverse and talented team dedicated to providing service excellence to Blue Mantis (formerly GreenPages), clients while delivering positive business outcomes. Drawing on years of direct experience in the industry, Scott has developed a strategic vision for professional services that aligns with the company’s overall objectives leveraging proven methodologies and optimizing operational processes to drive efficiency and quality across the organization.
Prior to joining Blue Mantis (formerly GreenPages), Scott was a Senior Director at Carousel Industries where he led an $85M business unit consisting of teams across the United States and Venezuela managing global customer engagements.
Scott is a Connecticut native with a love for his family. He is also an enthusiastic guitarist with a love for music and movies.

Gary Yu
Gary Yu leads the strategy and execution of business systems, compliance, enterprise infrastructure and security for Blue Mantis (formerly GreenPages).
As Vice President of Information Technology, Gary works closely with Blue Mantis (formerly GreenPages) stakeholders to meet their goals and objectives through technology solutions that reduce the cost, risk and complexity of managing technology.
Gary joined Blue Mantis (formerly GreenPages) in 2021 and has more than 25 years’ experience in technology and software development. He brings deep expertise in business intelligence systems, financial services and operations systems, CRM, ERP and fulfillment systems.
Gary holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Rachel Comella
Rachel Comella is a highly experienced human resources executive with more than 25 years’ corporate experience and deep expertise in leading the entire people and culture function in organizations operating in multiple locations, states, and countries.
As Vice President of People and Culture, Rachel is responsible for the company’s strategic people and culture initiatives, including organizational development, global talent acquisition and transformational leadership.
Rachel supports and enhances the success of the organization by providing best-in-class services that promote personal and professional development for all employees. With a leadership style based on collaboration, communication, and excellence, Rachel’s primary focus is on employee retention and satisfaction.
Prior to joining Blue Mantis (formerly GreenPages), Rachel held leadership roles in healthcare, non-profit, distribution, manufacturing, and commercial real estate. Rachel developed operations expertise serving as CEO of a manufacturing company in the regenerative medical arena. Rachel joined Blue Mantis (formerly GreenPages) in 2022 from Wendover Art Group, where, as Chief People Officer, she helped senior leadership teams with change management and transformational HR throughout the country.
Rachel has served on many non-profit boards throughout the Tampa Bay area. She was on the Board of Directors, as well as the Board of Trustees at CASA (community action stops abuse). She has also served on the annual giving campaign for the Metro Area YMCA where she was a major fundraiser.
Rachel holds a B.S. in Public Speaking from the University of South Florida and an Employment Law Certification from George Washington University. She has been a member of SHRM and HR Tampa since 2001.
